Inglis have looked after the health of Lucy for the last two years. Sadly they recently had to come out to our home to put her to sleep and I just wanted to say how much we appreciated how they conducted themselves. They were very sensitive, explained exactly what was going to happen and throughout were full of respect for Lucy. We'll always miss her and I'm just glad her last day was not distressing, we have the staff at Inglis to thank for that.
I used Inglis Vets in Alloa for the first time today as my cat was unwell. Ive had animals all my life and I have never been to such a thorough and caring vet! They were in no rush to get you out, did a really good examination of my cat. I really felt like he was in such good hands. Needless to say I would have no hesitation in recommending them or going back should the need arise!
Love the separate enclosed space for cats and small pets. With two cats who get very stressed going to the vet the quiet space helps them to calm down. They can wander around and get used to being there. The vets have always been very helpful and happy to answer any questions regardless of how silly they seem. They also have time to talk and I have never felt rushed out the door. Would highly recommend.
I recently joined this veterinary clinic and had my first visit today with both my dogs.what a fantastic friendly, helpful & very informative experience.Such a pleasure for myself & my dogs to be treated with such care & professionalism.
