I used Tailored Lettings a couple of years ago. I cannot stress enough why you should stay away from these people. I had to endure a horrible experience getting my deposit back. I had to report Angela & Justine to Deposits Scotland, who in turn stopped these people deducting money from our deposit for ridiculous claims. They also spoke rudely to my mother when all she was there to do was witness the final inspection.Incredibly! They then claimed that I had been visited by Police Scotland at my home regarding a complaint made by them. I also have an email from Police Scotland admitting that this is completely false. You honestly couldn't make these people up.As per their website, they have now merged with Forth Estates Ltd, therefore my review has merged with them also.
