Had a leak in our downstairs toilet. Based on local recommendations and reviews on Google, I contacted Brian. We received a call within 30 minutes as promised and Brian said he could come round in the next 20 minutes. True to his word he came, fixed the problem which turned out to be three faults caused by poor plumbing workmanship and parts in our new build house. In view of the slight damage to the plaster from being wet Brian has also said he will come back once it dries to tidy up. Delighted with the service and how quick he could come out and fix the problem.
I was so delighted to find a tradesman who would actually agree to take on my relatively small project. My delight grew into total satisfaction when Brian turned up when he said he would, did what he said he would and didn't require me to re-mortgage my home to pay for it. I can't recommend Brian too highly: he is a prince among plumbers.
I didn't hesitate to contact Brian again regarding getting a quote to have a kitchen radiator replaced and re-sited. He completed the job to a high standard as I expected and reasonably priced.
