Poor service. Unprofessional
Absolutely useless, took time off work to get an RZ2 form for a wedding abroad stamped and countersigned, and only informed when we got to the office of the correct ID required. This was after they had confirmed by phone what we would need! 30 mile round trip wasted. Complete shambles......piss up and brewery spring to mind!
