The customer service o received today was phenomenonal. From the two members of staff who assisted me and my friend. A hardware store isn't really the place for mum's with prams but they accommodated us brilliantly and helped me solve my issue quickly. I wish I had gotten thier names. The staff deserve the recognition!
Always get both great service and quality goods in here. If you can't find it then ask and they could probably order it in. Ample off road parking, level entry and good space between the aisles which are well lit. The staff are very knowledgeable of their goods on sale and are able to recommend a better product than you had originally planned using and probably more cost effective as these guys n gals don't do it just for the sale.A proper little hardware store with as much emphasis on community as business.
