The 'doctors' in this place should all be struck off - and the 'nurse's. I am in the process of making a formal complaint to the Forth Valley Health Board. They failed to diagnose my dad's cancer until too late, a 'nurse' placed his urinary catheter wrongly, which sent him back to the hospital for 3 weeks resulting in a damaged kidney- after waiting in A&E for 3 hours because the GP was too busy to assess him. Two distric nurses had arranged to visit last week but didn't show up - I found him lying on the floor after falling over- and yesterday a 'GP' rang him regarding an appointment at the hospital today, which the department I rang to confirm, didn't have any record of - or the 'Dr Demon they had said he was to see. Not just incompetent but bloody dangerous clowns.

This practise is a disgrace I was sent a letter saying I was due a Asthma clinic visit and had to phone to make an appointment . after trying over a four week period I have now given up .This last two weeks my mum has been seriously let down by this Practise .My mum has some quite serious medical history which is supposed to be closely monitored. THERE ARE NO DOCTORS so how can they provide a service .My mum has just spent the last week in hospital and is still there she called the surgery on the Monday morning . Sent to a nurse practitioner who without reviewing my mums history deemed that her symptoms warranted a visit to the physio. Anyone whoever has been sent to physio at this centre go upstairs apparently after my mum had sat up in the physio area ,they have one in the practise, but you have missed your appointment come back tomorrow . Maybe they should have said where the Physio was ! She saw the Physio on Wednesday morning , Physio was bewildered why she'd been sent to her with these symptoms but was worried enough to call to have a doctor come in the next day to see my mum. She attended doctor took a quick look and sent her to clinical assessment as her symptoms were classic for a very serious condition .Mum has now been in hospital for 7 days and will probably be in at least three more . After taking nearly a full working week to be allowed to see a doctor. My dad made a complaint and asked that she be moved to a practise who can provide an appropriate service through the website complaint /comment section leaving his e mail and mobile number for them to discuss . this was a week ago and still no acknowledgement or response .Surely we aren't the only family to have had such poor service

This practice is an absolute disgrace
