We went a bit further afield because I couldn't find just the right van within 20 miles or so from home. A Google search brought up a Bailey 460/2 at Kingdom Caravans about 40 miles away so we drove out for a look. We realised the van was perfect for us straight away although I didn't get a particularly good vibe from the dealership at the time. We managed to negotiate a price 200 below sticker and although I would have liked more my wife and I couldn't face losing the van so the deal was done. When I got home I googled Kingdom Caravans and the reviews were off the scales. It turned out the owners were on a buying trip on the day we called in and we didn't get to meet them. We met them today though when we picked up the van .Pearl sorted out the admin and Alan showed us round the van I explained it was our first touring van and that we had never towed before so Alan spent a good hour with us and was a joy to be with. He went into all the detail we needed as novices and hooked us up to our car. We had a starter pack which included everything and I mean everything. We popped into the shop and bought a few bits but no, Pearl wouldn't take the money. They were so lovely and generous you might be wondering if I paid a wee bit over the odds for the van? I went on eBay, Gum tree and Caravan Finder and the only similarly priced van, same make and model was 2 years older. The icing on the cake was as we left, we were given a Kingdom Caravans branded teddy bear. None of your Chinese grabber machine fodder, a made in Guernsey high quality teddy bear. If I moved 500 miles away tomorrow, I'd come back to Kingdom Caravans for my next van. Thank you Alan and Pearl for making our day.

We just bought our caravan from kingdom caravans and found the service second to none we have been looking around most of the dealers in the fife and central belt and found that not only where they cheaper there service and assistance was friendly and first class. The starter pack was very useful and they even went further by supplying 2 x teddy bears for my children as a special surprise they were recommended by a friend of mine and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and will go back to buy my next caravan.FANTASTIC SERVICE.
