2nd time I've had my nails done here by Carrie-Ann, IST time acrylics, this time an infill, both times gorgeous! Love them, appointment made to go back in 3 weeks.

Called Cala Beauty on a recommendation from a friend to have a set of nails removed.. The girl I spoke to said it would be no problem & proceeded to make the appointment.. She asked what type of nails they were and If I had them put on at Cala. I said no that I had them done at another shop nearby. She then told me that "no. we will not remove them"?? & no explanation as to why.. Gobsmacked!! Needless to say I will not be calling them again.. Awful business practice!! Hey ho!! I will just spend my money elsewhere!!
